Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nirantara Stuti mobile application ("App," "Service," or "Platform"), operated by Invonel Labs ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the App, you represent that:
- You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18)
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- All information you provide is accurate and truthful
Age Suitability: Nirantara Stuti is suitable for all ages and provides family-friendly Christian worship content. For children under 13, we recommend that parents or guardians create and manage accounts on their behalf.
2. Description of Service
Nirantara Stuti is a Christian worship music application that provides:
- Song Library: Access to worship songs with lyrics and chords
- Audio Playback: Audio versions of songs (where available)
- Offline Access: Download songs for offline viewing
- Playlist Management: Create and organize custom playlists
- Learning Tools: Track your progress learning songs
- Bible Integration: Access to Bible content with search and bookmarks
- Multi-Language Support: Content in English and Kannada
Service Tiers
- Free Tier: Access to a curated selection of songs and basic features
- Premium Tier: Access to full song library and all features (activated via activation key)
3. User Accounts
Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
Important: Never share your password with anyone. We will never ask for your password via email or phone.
4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
Prohibited Technical Activities:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
- Use any automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
- Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code
Prohibited Content Activities:
- Upload or submit illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Spam, harass, or abuse other users or our staff
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Ownership
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Invonel Labs or our licensors, including:
- Song lyrics and chords
- Audio recordings
- Software code and design
- Trademarks, logos, and branding
- Bible text translations
Your License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Download and install the App on your personal device
- Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Access content within the App according to your service tier
6. Premium Features and Activation
Activation Keys
Premium access is activated using activation keys:
- Keys are provided by authorized distributors or organizations
- Keys are single-use and tied to your account
- Keys are non-transferable and cannot be resold
- Keys do not expire unless otherwise stated
No Payment Processing: We do not process any payments through the App. If you receive an activation key from a third party, any financial transaction is between you and that party, not us.
7. Offline Content and Downloads
You may download songs for offline viewing on your device.
Permitted Use:
- Personal, non-commercial use only
- Viewing on the device where downloaded
- Use while not connected to the internet
Prohibited Use:
- Extracting or exporting downloaded files
- Sharing downloaded files with others
- Using third-party tools to extract content
8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that:
- Song lyrics and chords are 100% accurate
- Bible translations are error-free
- All content is complete or up-to-date
- The service will be uninterrupted or error-free

Acknowledgment
BY USING NIRANTARA STUTI, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, UNDERSTAND THEM, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the App and delete it from your device.
